البارز السياسى و الروحى للهند اثناء حركة استقلال الهند عن بريطانيا العظمى.

All compromise is based on give and take,
but there can be no give and take on fundamentals.
Any compromise on mere fundamentals is a surrender.

تستند جميع التسويات على الاخذ و العطاء ،

ولكن لا ممكن ان يصبح هنالك اخذ و عطاء على الاساسيات.
اى حل و سط بشان الاسس هو استسلام.
لانها كلها عطاء دون اخذ.

(مع ملاحظه ان شريعه التوراه لها حيثيات كثيرة منها:

1-   ان العقاب من جنس العمل اي على قدر الجرم و ذلك هو العدل فلا يقل احدهم مثلما قال لامك ف(تك4) “قتلت رجلا لجرحي و فتي لشدخي”

2-   هذي الشريعه يحكم فيها فالقضاء بعد محاكمه عادلة.

3-   مع هذا ممكن للمساء الية التسامح فحقة الشخصى بعدم رفع الدعوي او قبول الصلح.
فالمحبه و الرحمه تسمو فوق العدل.
و لا يصلح التسامح فحق المجتمع كله فتطبيق العداله فحالة جرائم القتل بل كما جاء فالتوراه “سافك دم الانسان بالانسان يسفك دمه”


When I despair,
I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won.
There have been tyrants and murderers and for a time they seem invincible,
but in the end,
they always fall — think of it,
