هذا الخطا ناتج عند محاولة تسطيب يعنى نسخه تجريبه beta firmware مع ايتونز من نظام ال ******s (تمنعها ابل) مستخدمين النسخة التجريبة Beta وهيا صصمتها ابل للمطورين وعليه يتوجب تنصيبه عن طريق نظام ال Mac ، كما ان الخطا 13 تكون ناتجة من ال USB ، عليه تاكد من وصلة الUSB وغير مكان ادخال الوصلة وكما يمكن ان تكون وصلة ال USB قديمة (غيرها)
